I have successfully overseen the development, acquisition, financing, and daily operations of various sectors, including public schools, hotels, multi-unit restaurants, and parking facilities. I possess a strong background in creating comprehensive business operational plans, as well as managing the preparation and fiscal responsibility of operating and capital budgets. Additionally, I have a proven track record in coordinating and managing large-scale projects and events.
